Our Center's Goals

At Rose Hill Manor, whether your child attends our Beacon or Highland location, our programs have been carefully designed to enable each child to develop a sense of positive self confidence, a sense of caring toward others, and a love of learning. Our goals are focused on the needs and expectations of parents and strive to compliment the family structure. In warm, nurturing environments, our trained staff is prepared to meet the needs of each child with creative, age-appropriate activities and experiences.

We take great pride in over 30 years of building an excellent reputation in the area as a child care center that focuses on emotional development, physical development, and academic readiness, but also as a safe and secure place where children are encouraged to laugh, sing, dance, make friends, and discover the world through play. 

What We Offer

• Quality care for children aged 6 weeks - 12 years old
• Open year-round, from 7:30am - 5:30pm, with extended hours available
• Half-day, Full-day, Before & After-School Care, and care provided during most school closings
• Licensed by NYS Office of Children and Family Services, as well as the Dutchess County Department of Health
• Special Pre-K Readiness Program
• Summer Camp Program
